Vicare is a Business Consultancy Firm, specializing in the Financial Services industry, contracted by Liberty, to facilitate business development through the rendering of distribution support services, to its network of Liberty supporting Financial Service Provider firms.
We provide business consulting and support to financial services firms, helping them grow revenue streams and strengthen connections within the Liberty community.

Successfully operating within the financial services sector and establishing a reputable financial services provider firm requires considerable expertise and entails significant risk. Resources are costly, revenue streams are complex to build, and experienced business advisors are scarce.
Our goal is to meet the business support needs of financial services firms by partnering with them and helping them achieve their goals on the road to success. We refer to our clients as Financial Service Provider (FSP) Associates.
It is important to note that we are not replacing the Broker Consultant’s role within the FSP and Liberty relationship. Instead, our aim is to strengthen this relationship by offering additional business support and real-time availability to our FSP Associates.

Our top priorities are new business development and the ongoing growth of our FSP associates’ businesses. We have access to a wide range of successful business plans and strategies used by our FSP Associate firms, and we actively share and implement these strategies within our network.
Our business consultancy and support include helping FSP partners optimise their revenue streams through proven approaches such as cross-selling, ringfencing, and operational efficiency improvements.
Additionally, we leverage our extensive network of industry contacts and referral partners to practically implement specialist product line services and business risk management strategies within our FSP partner businesses. In doing so, we ensure that every FSP Associate we support is equipped to deliver truly holistic financial services to their clients.
Our services are provided at no cost to Financial Service Providers (FSPs) within our network. There are no direct charges or fees for the consulting and support initiatives that we deliver to these FSP Associate firms. The revenue to our firm is generated by supporting and contributing to the growth of new business for Liberty. As we assist in developing and generating new business opportunities, we earn a management fee that is directly linked to our performance. This performance-based model ensures that our interests are aligned with those of our FSP Associates and Liberty, fostering a mutually beneficial partnership focused on sustainable growth and success.
